[Ch. 167

hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

91.

In Allegany County, notwithstanding any other
provisions in this subtitle, [it shall be unlawful for]
any person having a license under this article MAY NOT
[to] sell intoxicating beverages between the hours of
[12:45 o'clock] 2 O'CLOCK a.m. and 7:00 o'clock a.m.,
except that it shall be unlawful after [midnight
Saturday] 2 O'CLOCK A.M. SUNDAY to sell intoxicating
beverages until 7:00 o'clock a.m. Monday, the intent
being to prohibit all Sunday sales. However, Sunday
sales when New Year's Eve or New Year's Day falls on
Sunday shall be governed by § 89(i) of this article.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

(Senate Bill 1133)

AN ACT concerning

Discipline of Physicians — Appeals

FOR the purpose of providing that the Commission on
Medical Discipline of Maryland shall have a right of
appeal to the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland
from any order of the Baltimore City Court or the
Circuit Court of any County which reverses, modifies
or remands any decision of the Commission; and
providing judicial review for certain persons
reprimanded by the Commission.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,
