(a—3) Allegany County - [$10] $15; a juror who
resides outside the corporate limits of Cumberland shall
receive [10] 12 cents per mile or fraction of a mile
actually traveled going to and from court each day over
the shortest practicable route.

9-202.

(c) (1) Allegany County — a witness is allowed
[8] 12 cents per mile for each mile over [five] THREE he
resides from the court. This amount is allowed only once
in one term. A WITNESS ATTENDING COURT IS ALLOWED $5 FOR
EACH DAY IN ATTENDANCE PLUS ITINERANT CHARGES ALLOWABLE
TO WITNESSES FROM OTHER COUNTIES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
