lost the use of a leg or both legs or an arm or both arms
or any combination thereof or any person who is so
severely disabled as to be unable to move without the aid
of crutches or a wheelchair, OR SUFFERS FROM LONG DISEASE
TO SUCH AN EXTENT THAT HIS FORCED [[RESPIRATORY]]
EXPIRATORY VOLUME, ONE SECOND, WHEN MEASURED BY
SPIROMETRY IS LESS THAN ONE LITER, shall be issued by the
Commissioner of Motor Vehicles for passenger rotor
vehicles special registration plates which bear the
official international wheelchair symbol, a reasonable
facsimile thereof, or [such] ANY other symbol or symbols
as the Commissioner [shall deem] CONSIDERS appropriate,
designating the vehicle as belonging to a handicapped
person.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Oysters and Clams — Daily Catch Limit
FOR the purpose of establishing an unlicensed daily catch
limit for clams and providing that non—commercial
oyster catches not be restricted to the natural
oyster bars.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 4-1004(a) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1974 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
