OF ANY TOILET REQUIRED BY LAW OR REGULATION TO BE

INSTALLED IN ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE BUILDING. HOWEVER,

ANY NUMBER GREATER THAN THOSE REQUIRED BY LAW OR
REGULATION MAY BE COIN OPERATED.

(B) ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION IS

SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $50 FOR EACH OFFENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

Motor Vehicles — Registration Plates for Disabled

FOR the purpose of providing that certain disabled
persons with lung disorders may receive special
registration plates; and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle Laws

Section 3—607(a)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1970 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3-607(a) of Article 66 1/2 -
Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970
Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 66 1/2 — Vehicle Laws

3-607.

(a) Beginning with the 1972—73 registration year,
any person who submits proof satisfactory to the
Commissioner of Motor Vehicles that he has permanently
