4-1004.

(a) A person may not catch oysters or class for
commercial purposes in the waters of the state unless he
first obtains a license. A person may catch up to 1
bushel EACH of oysters AND CLAMS A DAY [[from the natural
oyster bars of the state]] for his own use and
consumption without a license, in places and at times
prescribed by rule or regulation of the department.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County — Liquor License Renewal

FOR the purpose of providing for the renewal of liquor
licenses in Calvert County.

BY adding to

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 68(n)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1968 Replacement Volume and 1974 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 68(n) be and it is hereby
added to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and
1974 Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

68.

(M) IN CALVERT COUNTY THE TIME LIMITS ON RENEWAL
APPLICANTS MAY BE NOT LESS THAN 60 NOR MORE THAN 90 DAYS
BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF JULY OF EACH AND EVERY YEAR.
