[(aa)] (A-1) "Shipping container" means any

container used or intended for use in packaging the
product packed in an immediate container.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
9-201(aa), (bb) and (cc) of Article - Agriculture, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume) be and they are
hereby renumbered to be Sections 9-201 (A-1), (A-2) and
(A—3) and to read as follows:

9-201.

[(aa)] (A—1) "Vegetable or herb seed" includes the
seed, tuber, or plant of those crops grown in gardens or
on truck farms and generally known and sold under the
name of vegetable seed in the state.

[(bb)] (A—2) "Weed seed" includes the seeds or
bulblets of any plant generally recognized as a weed in
the state, including any noxious weed seed.

[(cc)] (A—3) "Wholesale seedsmen" includes any
person who sells, or offers, exposes, or transports for
sale seed for planting purposes to a retail seedsman.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
