BINDER OR COVER NOTE HAS BEEN FILED WITH AND APPROVED BY
THE COMMISSIONER THE broker shall as soon as reasonably
possible procure from the insurer its policy evidencing
such insurance and deliver such policy to the insured in
replacement of the binder or cover note theretofore
delivered.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 1-186 and 3-812 of Article 66 1/2
- Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970
Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed:

Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle Laws
1-186.

[Solid tire means every tire of rubber or other
resilient material which does not depend upon compressed
air for the support of the load.]
