(16) FILING ANNUAL STATEMENT BY UNAUTHORIZED
INSURER APPLYING FOR APPROVAL TO BECOME AN ACCEPTED
REINSURER AND/OR A SURPLUS LINES CARRIER.........$100.00.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
