[All commercial motor vehicles equipped with solid
or cushion rubber tires shall pay a registration fee
twice that specified for the corresponding class of
pneumatic tire equipped motor vehicles including twice
the minimum fee established in such class, and an
additional fee of $35.00 for each vehicle.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws — County Treasurers Register Vehicles

FOR the purpose of deleting the provision which prohibits
county treasurers, acting as agents for the
Administration from selling tags covering motor
vehicles and trailers which are operated for hire
and permitting county treasurers to also sell tags
for truck—tractors and motorcycles and generally
relating to county treasurers acting as agents for
the registration of vehicles.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
