AND, IN ADDITION TO THIS SDH, 50 CENTS TO THE ISSUING
CLERK OF THE COURT. THE TEMPORARY LICENSE WILL BE THE
CARBON COPY OF THE APPLICATION DULY CERTIFIED BY THE
CLERK AND WILL BE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN (15) DAYS
FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION. THE CLERK SHALL WITHIN
FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS FORWARD THE ORIGINAL COPY OF THE
APPLICATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, WHICH
SHALL ISSUE A LICENSE TO THE APPLICANT BY MAIL. THE
COURT CLERK SHALL FORWARD MONTHLY TO THE DEPARTMENT THE
LICENSE FEES RECEIVED FROM APPLICANTS FOR DEPOSIT TO THE
CREDIT OF THE FISHERIES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FUND.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND. That Section 2-302(a) of Article - Courts and
Judicial Proceedings, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1973 Volume) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
