MARVIN MANDEL, Governor                               497

A writ of execution or attachment shall be directed
to the sheriff of the county where the property is
located. He shall execute the writ and file [his return
with the court which issued the writ.] THE RETURN
PURSUANT TO THE MARYLAND RULES OR THE MARYLAND DISTRICT
RULES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

MARYLAND, That Section 340 of Article 43 - Health, of the
annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
