AN ACT concerning

Allegany County - Salaries of County Commissioners

FOR the purpose of increasing the basic salaries of the
county commissioners of Allegany County, repealing
their additional compensation when acting as road
commissioners, making a stylistic change in
language, and resolving any question concerning the
legality of Chapter 477 of the Acts of 1973.

By repealing Sections 45 and 46 as they appear in the
1973 Supplement to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Allegany County.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Allegany County

Section 45 and 46

Article 1 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1963 Edition and 1973 Supplement, as previously

amended with respect to section 45 by Chapter 305 of

the Acts of 1971)

Local Laws of Allegany County.]]

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 45 and 46 of the Public Local
Laws of Allegany County being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement as they appear in the 1973 Supplement to the
Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany County) are hereby
repealed and that Sections 45 and 46 of the Public Local
Laws of Allegany County being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1973
Supplement, as previously amended with respect to section
45 by Chapter 305 of the Acts of 1971) be and they are
hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read
