FINAL AND BINDING UPON BOTH PARTIES.

(5)   ALL COSTS OF MEDIATION SHALL BE SHARED BY
THE COUNTY EMPLOYER AND THE EMPLOYEE
ORGANIZATION.

(D) EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS ARE PROHIBITED FROM
CALLING OR DIRECTING A STRIKE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of repealing certain sections of the Code
of Public Local Lavs of Dorchester County concerning
the appointment, duties, powers, and compensation of
a special auditor for the Circuit Court of
Dorchester County.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Dorchester County
Section 1 to 5, inclusive

Article 10 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1961 Edition)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 1 to 5, inclusive, of the Public
Local Laws of Dorchester County, being Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1961 Edition) be
and they are hereby repealed.
