Dorchester County       in existence at the time of
compilation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
Board of County Commissioners of Dorchester County shall
make an appropriation to provide for the publication of
this code and the Board may provide for its sale and
distribution.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 358 of the Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County being Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1961 Edition) be and it is hereby
repealed and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

He shall receive on executions issued by any
[justice of the peace] JUDGE OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF
