Council Bill No. 30

AN ACT to amend Section 1.200 and 1.201 of the Howard
County Code, title "Administration," subtitle
"Personnel," to establish an Executive Pay Plan
fixing the term and compensation of the officers and
employees in the executive branch exempt from the
Classified Services.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 1.200 and 1.201 of
Title 1 of the Howard County Code, "Administration,"
subtitle "Personnel," be and is hereby amended to read as
follows:

1.200 - Exempt Service

All Officer and positions of the County are
divided into the Classified Service and the Exempt
Service. The Exempt Service shall include the following:

(1) All elected
boards and commissions.
