COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(a)    It shall be the responsibility of each
participating volunteer fire company AND THE 7TH DISTRICT
AMBULANCE AND RESCUE SQUAD, INC. to maintain detailed and
accurate records for each volunteer member on forms
prescribed by the Board of Trustees of the Anne Arundel
County Volunteer Firemen's Association, and approved by
the Controller of Anne Arundel County.

(b)    Beginning January 1, 1975, and each January 1
thereafter, the Board of Directors of each Volunteer Fire
Company AND THE 7TH DISTRICT AMBULANCE AND RESCUE SQUAD,
INC. shall furnish to the Board of Trustees of the Anne
Arundel County Volunteer Firemen's Association a
statement under oath listing all of the volunteer members
of said company who have qualified for credit for the
previous year. Said statement shall also include any
additional information required by virtue of the
provisions of Subsection (a) of this Section.

Section 10-304

Upon receipt of said statement, the Board of
Trustees of Anne Arundel County Volunteer Firemen's
Association shall review the list of each company AND THE
7TH DISTRICT AMBULANCE AND RESCUE SQUAD, INC., and
furnish a copy thereof to the Controller by February 1,
together with a certification as to the accuracy of each
list. If the Controller approves said certified lists,
he shall forward copies thereof to the Volunteer Fire
Companies AND THE 7TH DISTRICT AMBULANCE AND RESCUE
SQUAD, INC. by March 1; upon receipt, said approved lists
shall be posted by the respective companies in a
conspicuous place within the fire hall for a period of
thirty (30) days.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That SECTION
2 of said Bill No. 57—73 be, and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

"SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
notwithstanding the provisions of Section 10—303 (b) of
this Subtitle, for the calendar year 1973, the Board of
Directors of each volunteer fire company AND THE 7TH
DISTRICT AMBULANCE AND RESCUE SQUAD, INC. shall submit
its statement to the Board of Trustees of the Anne
Arundel County Volunteer Firemen's Association by October
1st; the Board of Trustees of the Anne Arundel County
Volunteer Firemen's Association shall furnish a copy
thereof and certification of accuracy to the Controller
by November 1st; and the Controller shall forward the
approved lists to the volunteer fire companies by
December 1st."

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any
