Section 13-300.21A
(a) The approval of any change in zoning
classification, or the granting of a special exception or
variance shall be rescinded if:
(1) said approval or grant was based upon any
FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OF MATERIAL information
[[falsely]] stated in the application, testimony, site
plans, or any other supporting documents, or
(2) the use of the respective property
deviates from the approved site plan or any zoning
conditions which may be imposed.
(b) If said approval or grant is rescinded as set
forth in subsection (a) hereof, in addition to other
remedies of law or equity, the use of the respective
property shall be restricted only to that which was
permitted immediately prior to said approval or grant.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from the
date it becomes law, only to the extent that the
provisions thereof take effect in each tax assessment
district or portion thereof, when the comprehensive
zoning maps are adopted and become effective as to such
tax assessment district or portion thereof.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 1-900 through 1-904,
inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements) , Title 1, "Administration",
to follow immediately after Section 1—802 thereof
and to be under the new Subtitle 9, "Consumer
Affairs", to create a Board of Consumer Affairs; to
provide for the powers, duties, functions,
administration and staffing thereof; to designate
unlawful business practices; and matters generally
related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section 1-900
through 1—904, inclusive, be and they are hereby added to
