any of the provisions of this Subtitle who wilfully
violates such promise to appear in court shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor, regardless of the disposition of the
charge upon which he was originally arrested. A written
promise to appear in court may be complied with by an
appearance by counsel.
Section 18-205
(a) Any person violating the provisions of this
Subtitle shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than ten
dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars
($500.00), or imprisoned not less than ten (10) days nor
more than three (3) months, or both fined and imprisoned.
(b) Each and every day during which a violation of
this Subtitle continues shall be deemed a separate
offense.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
and necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health, safety, welfare and property, and
being passed by the affirmative vote of five (5) members
of the County Council the same shall take effect from the
date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13—300.21A to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General
Provisions and Definitions", to follow immediately
after Section 13—300.21 thereof, to provide for
recision of approval for the use of property in
accordance with an approved site plan, and/or zoning
-conditions and matters generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 13-300.21A
be, and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions", to
follow immediately after Section 13—300.21 thereof, and
