SALISBURY

east side of Parsons Road Easting 1,196,856.90 Northing
196,763.37; thence by and with said Corporate Limit North
forty degrees fifty—two minutes forty—nine seconds West
(N 40° 52' 49" W) nine hundred and sixty—eight decimal
seven, one (968.71) feet more or less to the point of
beginning and containing 21.44 acres.

CONDITIONS OF ANNEXATION
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1970

A.    Services and Taxes

1.    On July 1, following the date of
Annexation, the City will be responsible for providing
the following services:

a.    Police Protection

b.     Fire Protection

c.     Street Lights

d.     Garbage Collection

e.    Other normal services, except

water, sewer and storm drainage, in the same manner that
they are provided within the existing City of Salisbury.

2.    On July 1, following the date of
Annexation, one half (50%) of normal City Tax will be
assessed.

3.    The remaining fifty percent (50%) tax
will be due at the next regular taxing period following
installation of water and sewer mains. Notification by
the City of the availability of water and sewer to the
area will precede this assessment.

B.    General provisions

1.     All existing development will be given
five (5) years following availability of service to tie
into City systems. At the expiration of this period of
time, front—foot assessments will be charged and
connection in accordance with current City policy.

2.     Newly developing properties will be
required to use any availiable City system at the time of
construction. Front—foot assessments and tapping charges
will be payable at the time of application for service.

3.    Curb and gutter, either upright or
mountable "V" type, as conditions may require, will be
