Charter Revisions and Amendments

Pursuant to authority of Article 11E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland in accordance with
Sect. 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 edition as amended) title "Corporations —
Municipal", sub—title "Home Rule - Charter Amendments,
amending the Charter of the Town of Riverdale, said
charter being Section 1-12 of Chap. 731, 1920 and revised
by Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963
edition) and approved by Acts. 1963, Ch. 582, and Acts.
1963, Ch. 470, there are hereby listed proposed Charter
revisions and Amendments to said Charter.

1.    Revision of 63—1.

2.    Deletion of entire section 63—5 and insert

heading to read: "Reserved for Future
Annexations or Ward Boundary Changes".

3.    Repeal of entire Sections 63—13 through 63—32.
Re—enact new sections as revised herewith.
