POOLESVILLE

Being a part of the 197 1/2 acre tract or parcel of
land described as Parcel No. 2 in a deed from Carl H.
Snapp, Surviving Joint Tenant, to Eugene B. Casey dated
April 23, 1970 and recorded among the Land records of
Montgomery County, Maryland in Liber 3960 at Folio 29 and
being more particularly described as follows:

The said piece or parcel of land being forty (40)
feet wide and lying easterly of and adjacent, contiguous,
and parallel to the second or North 16° East, 225 perch
line as described as Part 1 of a deed from Annie L.
Bosley to Willian G. Butler, et al, dated December 4,
1918 and recorded among the aforesaid Land Records in
Liber 274 at Folio 345 and extending from the northerly
line of Dawsonville Road northerly a distance of 3015.00
feet, containing 120,600 square feet or 2.7686 acres of
land.

Said area and the persons residing therein to be
subject to all the laws, ordinances, regulations and
charter provisions of The Commissioners of Poolesville,
but no municipal services and no municipal facilities
shall be available in said area unless and until
installation and/or construction of such facilities are
constructed or installed and paid for by the residents
therein and/or the owners thereof, or the heirs,
successors or assigns of either or both, provided that
the then existing facilities of the Commissioners of
Poolesville are adequate for their extension to said area
and persons.

Effective January 1, 1974.

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the
Town of Rising Sun, Maryland, adopted pursuant to the
authority of Article XIE of the Constitution of Maryland
and of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
1957 edition (1966 Replacement Volume, 1972 Interim
Supplement), title "Corporations — Municipal," to amend
two Sections of the Charter of the Town of Rising Sun,
