MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Board of Education of Allegany County, Maryland, by deed
dated December 1, 1938 and recorded among the Land
Records of Allegany County, Maryland, in Liber No. 183,
folio 308, thence leaving said third line of the school
lot and with the entire fifth line reversed of a deed
dated February 28, 1964, from the Maryland Coal and
Realty Company to the Board of Education of Allegany
County, Maryland, duly recorded among the aforesaid Land
Records, South 26 degrees 45 minutes West 14.96 feet to a
point on the Northeasterly right—of—way limits of the
Potomac Edison right—of—way, said deed recorded among
said Land Records in Liber No. 190, folio 446; thence
with the Northeasterly boundary of same, South 57 degrees
56 minutes East 1267.44 feet to a point on the Westerly
right—of—way of Relocated Route No. 36; thence with said
Westerly right—of—way margin for the next two courses and
distances North 7 degrees 30 minutes East 386.10 feet to
a point; thence with a curve 825.20 feet in length to the
left subtended by a chord bearing North 14 degrees 52
minutes West 803.94 feet, having a radius of 1050 feet,
as shown on State Roads Commission Plat No. 37508, to a
point on the existing corporate line; thence with the
existing corporate line for the next four courses and
distances. South 48 degrees 41 minutes 19 seconds West 40
feet to a point; thence South 26 degrees 45 minutes West
599.47 feet to a point; thence North 63 degrees 15
minutes West 588.59 feet to a point on the aforesaid
third line of the school lot; thence with part of the
same South 26 degrees 45 minutes West 195.49 feet to the
beginning, containing 12.736 acres, more or less.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the provisions of
the Constitution and Laws of the State of Maryland
applicable to The City of Frostburg which are now in
force, shall be and the same are hereby extended and made
applicable to the residents and property in this annexed
area.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of The
City of Frostburg shall cause a public . notice of the
introduction of this Resolution to be published not less
than four times as weekly intervals in a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Frostburg, and the
area to be annexed, briefly and accurately describing the
proposed change and the conditions and circumstances
applicable thereto. The said public notice shall specify
that a public hearing will be held on the Resolution by
the Mayor and Councilmen of The City of Frostburg, in the
City Hall on the 1st day of October, 1973, at 7:30 p.m.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That following said
