MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

Gateway") - (150.0 ft. wide) and at the northeasterly
corner of "Idlewild" Lot No. 9 belonging to (Dr.) Robert
W. Trevor; Thence, (1) with the northerly line of Dr.
Trevor's Lot and with a line of The Corporate Limits of
the Town of Easton (passing over an iron bar driven on
the easterly sideline of Raymond Lane — (30' wide) at Two
Hundred feet (200.0 ft.), North seventy-four degrees,
thirty—three minutes, forty—two and eight tenths seconds
West, Two Hundred, thirty feet

(1)- (N74° 33' 42.8"W - 230.0 ft.)

Thence, (2) with the westerly sideline of Raymond Lane,
North fifteen degrees, twenty—six minutes, seventeen and
two tenths seconds East, Six Hundred, seventy—one and
thirty—seven one—hundredths feet

Thence, (3) with the westerly sideline of Raymond Lane,
