RESOLUTION NO. 4237
WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of land adjacent
and contiguous to part of the existing southeasterly
corporate boundary of the Town of Easton has been filed
by The Latham Company and Tred Avon Company, Inc.,
pursuant to Section 19, Article 23A, Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957); and,
WHEREAS, The Town of Easton has verified that the
