BRENTWOOD

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the
Mayor ana Town Council of Brentwood, Maryland, that the
proposed amendment will be come and be considered a part
of the Municipal Charter of the Town of Brentwood on the
22nd day of January, 1974, unless a petition is filed
pursuant to Article 23(a), Section 13, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended, said petition
to be filed on or before the 14th day of January, 1974.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED by the
Mayor and Town Council of Brentwood, Maryland, that the
aforegoing Resolution and Ordinance be and the same is
hereby adopted this 3rd day of December, 1973, by the
Mayor and Town Council of Brentwood, Maryland.

BRUNSWICK
(Frederick County)

RESOLUTION

A Resolution to repeal and re—enact with amendments
Section 16-11 of Article II of the Charter of Brunswick,
title "Elections", subtitle "Same -- Revision of
Registration; Records" (The Code of the County of
Frederick, Maryland) to eliminate the provision that
registration of voters shall take place only on the last
fourteen (14) days of June, excluding Sundays, and
providing for the registration of voters in eleven months
of each calendar year.

RESOLVED: That Section 16-11 of Article II. of the
Charter of Brunswick, title "Elections"., Subtitle "Same
— Revision of Registration; Records." (Code of the County
of Frederick, Maryland) be repealed and re—enacted with
amendments so as to read as follows:

In every [other] year [, on the last Tuesday
of the month of June and on the Wednesday following such
Tuesday] commencing in the year [1956] 1973, some
suitable person or persons appointed by the Mayor shall
sit as officer or officers of registration for the
purpose of revising the registration. Such revision
shall be made in conformity with the provisions of the
law of the state then in force relating to registration
of votes. The officers of registration shall transfer
voters names from one ward to the other, in case such
voters have changed their residence, and shall add the
names of voters qualified to register at that time, and
