Resolution of the Council of the Mayor and Council of
Boonsboro to enlarge to corporate boundaries and thereby
amend Section 36 (Corporate Limits) of the Charter of the
Mayor and Council of Boonsboro.

RESOLUTION of the council of the Mayor and Council
of Boonsboro, adopted pursuant to the authority of
Article 11—E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section
19 of Article 23—A of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
1957 Edition, title "Corporations, Municipal," sub—title
"Home Rule;" sub—heading "Annexation," as said section
was amended by Chapter 314 of the Laws of Maryland of
1961, to enlarge the corporate boundaries of the Mayor
and Council of Boonsboro as defined in Section 36 of the
Charter of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro as it
appears in the Code of Public Local Laws of Washington
County of 1957 and as amended by Amendment Number 6 to
said Charter, by adding or annexing to said corporate
boundaries the following area adjoining the present
corporate boundary, to—wit;
