BOONSBORO

Beginning at the end of one hundred eighty five and
twenty eight hundredths feet in the North twenty
four degrees six minutes East five five hundred
twenty and eighty four hundredths foot line of the
1969 Annexation to Boonsboro, and running thence
South seventy six degrees fifty minutes East four
hundred forty one and fifty seven hundredths feet to
a post, thence North nineteen degrees zero one
minute East three hundred thirty seven and seven
tenths feet to a post, thence North seventy seven
degrees thirty nine minutes West one hundred eighty
four feet to a stake, thence North nine degrees
twenty seven minutes West one hundred fifty two and
eight tenths feet to a post in the South margin of
the Boonsboro—Wolfsville Road, thence along said
Road North seventy degrees forty one minutes West
one hundred fourteen and two tenths feet to appoint,
thence South seventy degrees forty minutes West
ninety three and eight tenths feet to a point,
thence South fifty two degrees twenty nine minutes
West one hundred thirty eight and sixty seven
hundreths feet into the Wolfsville Road the end of
one hundred ten and nine—tenths feet in the North
seventy seven degrees zero seven minutes West one
hundred twenty five foot line of said Annexation,
thence reversing the lines of said Annexation South
seventy seven degrees zero seven minutes East one
hundred ten and nine tenths feet to a point, thence
South twenty four degrees zero six minutes West
three hundred thirty five and fifty six hundredths
feet to the place of beginning;

WHEREAS the owners of more than twenty five (25%)
per cent of the assessed valuation of the real property
located in said area and more than twenty five (25%) per
cent of the persons who reside in said area and who are
registered in county elections have consented to the
proposal for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries
of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro as set forth in the
title to this resolution, and

WHEREAS, the Mayor has caused to be made a
verification of the signatures on said written consents
and has ascertained that the persons executing the same
do represent the owners of more than twenty five (25%)
per cent of the assessed valuation of the real property
located in said area proposed to be annexed and do
represent more than twenty five (25%) per cent of the
persons who reside in the area to be annexed who are
registered as voters in county elections.

SECTION 1: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF BOONSBORO that the
corporate boundaries of the Mayor and Council of
