MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this day of ,
1973, by THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS
that the hereinafter described property be and it is
hereby annexed to the lands and properties heretofore
included with the boundaries of the City of Annapolis,
and generally subject to the provisions of the Charter
and Code of the City of Annapolis except as hereinbelow
specifically excepted or modified, said property being
heretofore situate, lying and being in the Second Taxing
District of Anne Arundel County, and described as
follows:

BEGINNING for the same at the intersection of
the divisional line between Annapolis and the Second
Assessment District of Anne Arundel County with the
Southwesternmost side of Somerville Road (80 feet
wide); said beginning being distant—as measured
along said divisional line—South 37 degrees 09
minutes 15 seconds West 356.47 feet from a concrete
monument Number 12260 set at a bend in said City
Boundary Line; thence leaving said City Boundary
Line and running with said side of Somerville
Road—reversely with the conveyance by the T.S.
Realty Company to R & R Enterprises by deed dated
February 5, 1973, and recorded among the Land
Records of Anne Arundel County in Liber M.S.H. 2560,
Folio 853—North 54 degrees 45 minutes 20 seconds
West 201.11 feet to the interchange of Somerville
Road with Maryland Route Number 2; thence running
with said Interchange shown on State Roads
Commission of Maryland Flat Number 9921—South 56
degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West 140.0 feet to the
Easternmost Right of Way Line of Maryland Route 2;
thence leaving said Interchange and running with the
Right of Way of Maryland Route Number 2, South 26
degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West 50.13 feet;
thence leaving said conveyance by T. S. Realty
Company to R & R Enterprises and running with the
outlines of the property secondly described in the
lease by Clemens M. Wagner and wife to Alray
Enterprises, Inc., by deed dated November 5, 1965,
and recorded among the Land Records of Anne Arundel
County in Liber L.N.P. 1942, Folio 94—still with
said Maryland Route Number 2 Right of Way Line—as
shown on State Roads Commission Plats Numbers 9921
and 9922—South 26 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds
West 388.53 feet to a concrete monument there found,
South 60 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds East 14.68
feet to a concrete monument there found, South 26
degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds West 48.35 feet to a
concrete monument there found, North 62 degrees 52
minutes 40 seconds West 14.81 feet to a concrete
monument there found. South 26 degrees 41 minutes 50
seconds West 100.33 feet to a concrete monument
