PORTABLE CUSTOMER-FORMULA FEED MIXERS USED IS THE STATE
IS $20 FOR EACH MIXER; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT FOR ANY
PERSON OWNING FIVE OR MORE SUCH MIXERS, THE ANNUAL
REGISTRATION FEE IS $100; AND PROVIDED, FURTHER, THAT FOR
AMI PERSON REGISTERING A NON-PORTABLE CUSTOMER-FORMULA
FEED MANUFACTURING FACILITY AND PAYING THE FEE THEREFOR,
THERE SHALL BE NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE REGISTRATION OF
THAT PERSON'S PORTABLE CUSTOMER-FORMULA FEED MIXERS, IF
ANY.

[(d)] (E) Each registration expires December 31
each year.

[(e)] (F) A distributor is not required to
register any brand of commercial feed which has been
registered under this subtitle by another person.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

State Wetlands — License to Fill On

FOR the purpose of permitting the Board of Public Works,
upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Natural

Resources, to issue licenses to fill or construct

shore erosion control_structures on State wetlands

without a hearing where the fill area or structure

is less than 300 feet in length and not more than
ten feet channelward of the mean high water line.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.
