AN ACT concerning

Harford County orphans' Court — [[Judge's]]
Judge's Compensation

FOR the purpose of clarifying the law pertaining to
[[Judge's]] Judges' Compensation in the Orphans'
Court in Harford County by providing a date on which
[[certain]] the [[judge's]] judges' compensation
expires, and clarifying language.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments,

Section 2-108(n)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter 11 (S.B. 133) of the

1974 Regular Session of the General Assembly)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-108(n) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by
Chapter 11 (S.B. 133) of the 1974 Regular Session of the
General Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

2-108.

(n) [Each] UNTIL THE TUESDAY NEXT AFTER THE FIRST
MONDAY IN NOVEMBER, 1974, EACH of the judges of the court
for Harford County shall receive the sum of $15 for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of the court. Each
judge ALSO shall [also] receive an allowance for
traveling expenses of $250 annually, to be paid quarterly
by the County Council of Harford County.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
