(e) Before a hunting license may be issued the
applicant for the license shall sign a statement which
says:

"I understand that this hunting license does not
[give me permission] OF ITSELF PERMIT ME to hunt on [the]
private property,[of others. I further understand that
should I be unable to obtain permission from the property
owner] AND IF I DO SO WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE OWNER, I
may be subject to a fine[, a jail sentence, or both, and
the revocation of ray hunting license]."

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County — State's Attorney

FOR the purpose of providing that the State's Attorney
for Cecil County may serve part time; allowing the
State's Attorney to appoint four part time
assistants; stating their salary; and relating
generally to the office of the State's Attorney in
Cecil County, and clarifying the language.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

Article 10 - Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in Fact

Section 40(h)

Annotated Code of Maryland

as amended by Chapter 618 of the Regular

Session of the General Assembly of 1972)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 40 (h) of Article 10 - Attorneys at
Law and Attorneys in Fact, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1973 Supplement, as
amended by Chapter 618 of the Regular Session of the
General Assembly of 1972) be and it is hereby repealed
