(4) THE REMAINING 75 PERCENT OF ALL THOSE NET
PROCEEDS GENERATED BY THE DISPENSARIES SPECIFIED IN (3)
AND ALL FUNDS GENERATED BY ALL OTHER DISPENSARIES SHALL
BE REMITTED TO THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY ON
OR BEFORE MAY 1ST OF EACH YEAR.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three—fifths of all the members elected
to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning
Hunting Licenses — The Hunter's Oath
FOR the purpose of altering the statement a hunter must
sign before being issued a hunting license to
provide that if a hunter hunts on private property
without obtaining permission from the owner, the
hunter understands that he is subject to penalties
and license revocation.
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
