employment is not prohibited by this article, and all
persons [eighteen (18)] 18 years of age or older shall be
allowed all the rights of a consumer in regard to beer
AND LIGHT WINE. Any person violating the provisions of
this subsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction [thereof], shall be subject to a fine not
exceeding [fifty dollars ($50.00)] $50 for each and every
such violation.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

St. Mary's County — "Fresh Pursuit"

FOR the purpose of permitting police from an incorporated
township or municipality of St. Mary's County, when
in fresh pursuit, to follow into the County and
arrest any person for violation of any State law or
of the local laws or ordinances.

1973 Supplement) to read as follows:
