THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning

Somerset County — Alcoholic Beverages

FOR the purpose of providing that all funds generated by
certain alcoholic beverage dispensaries in Somerset
County shall be remitted to the general funds of the
county and used for general county purposes,
clarifying the language and structure of the
subsection, and making this Act an emergency
measure.

BY repealing

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 165(f)

MARYLAND, That Section 165(f) of Article 2B - Alcoholic

Beverages, of the     Annotated Code of Maryland (1968

Replacement Volume     and 1973 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:
