thereto as a part thereof] ATTACHED an affidavit [to the
effect] STATING that each of the [said] petitioners are
bona fide taxpayers and [of] THAT their residences APE
within three miles of [said] THE place of [such] THE
proposed meeting. Whenever the County Commissioners of
any of the respective counties [shall] have any
reasonable grounds for believing that any lawlessness or
disorder will occur [,] at [said] THE camp meeting or
bush meeting, they shall refuse to grant [such] THE
permit[, and if]. IF, after issuing any permit to hold
any camp meeting or bush meeting, [there shall be] any
lawlessness or disorder IS reported to [said] THE County
Commissioners, it shall be the duty of [said] THESE
officials to investigate or have investigated by the
sheriff or other officer of [said] THE county, the
matter[, and upon]. UPON proof of [said] lawlessness or
disorder they shall [forthwith] revoke [said] THE permit,
and it shall be the duty of the sheriff, or other officer
of the respective counties, to enforce the provisions of
this section. [Any] UPON CONVICTION, ANY person [or
persons,] or the officers of any association or
organization[,] violating the provisions of this
section[,] shall[, upon conviction thereof before any
justice of the peace of the respective counties,] be
fined [not less than twenty—five dollars nor] NOT more
than [one hundred dollars] $100 for each and every
offense[; and upon]. UPON REFUSAL OR failure to pay
[said] THE fine or cost THE GUILTY PARTY shall stand
committed to the county jail of the county [wherein such
conviction shall occur] WHERE CONVICTED for a period of
[thirty] 30 days. [Any and all fines recovered for any
violation of any provision of this section shall be paid
by said official receiving the same to the County
Commissioners of the respective counties and by them
applied for the maintenance of the public county roads of
said counties respectively.] UPON CONVICTION BY THE
APPROPRIATE COURT FOR THE RESPECTIVE COUNTIES, ALL FINES
RECOVERED FOR ANY VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE PAID
BY THE COURT TO THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE
RESPECTIVE COUNTIES AND APPLIED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF
THE PUBLIC COUNTY ROADS OF THAT COUNTY.

[Any] UPON CONVICTION, ANY person who [shall be
convicted of pursuing] PURSUES any fox in [said] THE
county with dogs between [the tenth day of] March 10 and
[the first day of] September 1 [, in each year,] or who
[shall be convicted of shooting] SHOOTS any fox [whilst]
pursued by dogs in [said] THE county [,] shall be [liable
to a fine of five dollars] FINED $5 for each [and every]
offense[, to be recovered before any justice of the peace
of said county as other small debts are recoverable].
