imprisonment in the County jail for [ninety (90)] 90
days, in the discretion of the [Magistrate or] Court.
Each and every violation and nonconformance of this
sub—title, or each day that any provision of this
sub—title shall have been violated, shall be construed to
be a separate and distinct violation [thereof.

15B.

(f) Any person aggrieved by an action of the
Commission in either issuing or failing to issue a permit
for any [such] proposed work or construction may appeal
[therefrom], within [twenty—one] 30 days, to the Circuit
Court for Worcester County. The Court shall hear all
parties at interest in the appeal and shall consider the
case de novo; and shall promptly determine the issue,
either approving, rejecting, or modifying the action of
the Commission.

114.

[Every] UPON CONVICTION, ANY act or omission which,
by ordinance, is made a misdemeanor under the authority
of this charter, unless otherwise provided, shall be
punishable [upon conviction] before [any trial magistrate
or in the Circuit Court] A COURT OF COMPETENT
JURISDICTION for Worcester County by a fine not exceeding
[one hundred dollars ($100.00)] $100 or imprisonment for
[thirty] 30 days in the county jail, or both, in the
discretion of the court [or trial magistrate]. The
AGGRIEVED party [aggrieved shall have the right to] MAY
appeal as [is now] provided under the general laws of the
State. Where the act or omission is of a continuing
nature and [is persisted in] PERSISTS, a conviction for
one offense [shall] IS not [be] a bar to a conviction for
a continuation of the offense subsequent to the first or
any succeeding conviction.

117.

It [shall be] IS unlawful for any person, [persons,]
association, or organization of any kind [whatsoever] to
hold any camp meeting or bush meeting within the limits
of Talbot, Caroline, Dorchester, Somerset, Kent and
Worcester counties without first making application in
writing at least [fifteen] 15 days prior to the date of
THE beginning of [such] THE camp meeting or bush meeting,
and obtaining a permit [therefor] from the County
Commissioners of [the] THESE respective counties [for the
holding of such camp meeting or bush meeting therein].
[Such] THE application for a permit[, as aforesaid,]
shall be accompanied by a WRITTEN petition [in writing],
signed by at least [twenty—five] 25 taxpayers, each of
whom [shall reside] RESIDES within three miles of the
place where [such] THE camp meeting or bush meeting is to
