AUTHORITY OVER THE PUBLIC DISPOSAL AREAS IN QUEEN ANNE'S
COUNTY, TO INCLUDE REGULATION OF TRAFFIC AND PARKING AND
STANDING OF VEHICLES, REGULATION OF THE HOURS AND DAYS ON
WHICH THE PUBLIC DISPOSAL AREA IS OPEN, ESTABLISHMENT OF
NEW PUBLIC DISPOSAL AREAS, ESTABLISHMENT OF ANY AND ALL
RULES AND REGULATIONS NECESSARY TO THE OPERATION OF
PUBLIC DISPOSAL AREAS, AND ESTABLISHMENT OF PENALTIES FOR
VIOLATIONS OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
