Article 18
376.

(e) The County Roads Board may from time to time
make such rules and regulations by resolution as it shall
deem necessary to control and regulate the usage of the
public landings, [disposal areas,] and sanitary landfills
including the access roads thereto. Such rules and
regulations when and as promulgated or altered shall be
published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in
some newspaper of general circulation in Queen Anna's
County. Any person violating such rules and regulations
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500.00
or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days or both
fined and imprisoned.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
377A of the Public Local Laws of Queen Anne's County
being Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition, as amended by Chapter 277 of the
Acts of 1966) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

377A.

Anything in this subtitle or in law to the contrary
notwithstanding, the County Roads Board shall have full
power and authority in every respect over the public
roads, bridges, drains, water courses, public landings,
[disposal areas,] culverts, ferries and curbing and
guttering in the county, including the power of
condemnation now or hereafter available to the County
Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland, under any
public general or public local law, including the power
to make all rules and regulations necessary to carry out
the provisions of this subtitle, to make contracts, to
deal with employees, to purchase, lease and rent and use
all necessary buildings, land and equipment.

SECTION 4. AND BE FURTHER ENACTED, That new Section
183B(u—1) be and it is hereby added to the Public Local
Laws of Queen Anne's County being Article 18 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition, as
enacted by Chapter 275 of the Acts of 1957) to read as
follows:
