SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of relating to the estates of deceased
persons by clarifying the law pertaining to written
accounts filed by the personal representative by
providing that a certain certification, rather than
a certificate, accompany the account which states
that notice to interested persons has been sent.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-301 of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by
Chapter 11 (S. B. 133) of the 1974 Regular Session of the
General Assembly) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
