A personal representative shall file written
accounts of his management and distribution of property
at the times and in the manner prescribed in this
subtitle, with a [certificate] CERTIFICATION that he has
mailed or delivered a notice of the filing to all
interested persons.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose of creating a Board of Trustees for
Chesapeake [[Regional Community]] College;
establishing the method of appointment of its
members and their terms; establishing the
composition of the Board members and the number of
members on the Board; providing for auditing of the
[[Board]] College, and other provisions related to
the Board of Trustees of Chesapeake [[Regional
Community]] College.
