SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any
resident of Maryland who has been licensed prior to July
1, 1974, as a senior teacher is not required to be a high
school graduate or equivalent as a prerequisite to
further licensure.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

and 1973 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
