Commissioner of Labor shall serve ex officio and shall
vote only in case of a tie vote. The State Director of
Vocational Education and the State Supervisor of the
Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, U.S. Department
of Labor, shall serve as consultants to the Council,
without vote. The Governor, with the advice of the
Secretary of Licensing and Regulation, is authorized to
appoint not to exceed three additional consultants to the
Council from the public at large.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

shall not affect the term of office of existing members

of the Apprenticeship and Training Council on the
effective date of this Act,

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
