That the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 179 of the
Acts of 1972, be and they are hereby waived, insofar as
they impose a time for placing under contract the items
in section 5 (D) (5) (a) and 5 (D) (7) (a) of Chapter 179 of
the Acts of 1972, found on pages 502 and 503 of the Laws
of 1972, as amended by this Act, making available
$1,035,600 for the Department of Forest and Parks, Point
Lookout State Park and $901,500 for the Department of
Forest and State Parks, Tuckahoe State Park. The
