such reference shall be deemed to include the full
description of the item as set forth in the respective
sections of Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972. There shall
be allowed an additional period of two years beginning on
the effective date of this Act, for placing the
aforementioned project under contract. If said projects
or any of them shall not have been placed under contract
within a period of two years beginning on the effective
date of this Act, then, as to any such project not so
placed under contract, it shall be deemed to have been
abandoned, and the other provisions of Section 10 of
Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972 shall be fully effective
as to such project.

[[SECTION 7]] SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
That the provisions of Section 5(G)(1)(b) of Chapter 179
of the Acts of 1972, be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

That Sections 5(D)(1)(a), 5(D) (7)(a), 5 (D) (9) (a) and
5(E)(2) of Chapter 195 of the Lavs of 1973 be and they
are hereby repealed and re—enacted, with amendments to
read as follows:
