the Laws of 1972, making available $30,000 for the
Department of Maryland State Police, for land acquisition
and preparation of preliminary plans and specifications
for Randallstown Barracks; Section 5 (M)(5)(e) in said
Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972 and found on page 518 of
the Laws of 1972, making available $200,000 for Morgan
State College, for Construction of a Library — Fine Arts
Plaza; and Section 5(M)(5)(f) in said Chapter 179 of the
Acts of 1972 and found on page 518 of the Laws of 1972,
making available $236,800 and $8,600 for Morgan State
College, for Construction of Athletic Fields and
completion of roadway on south campus ($236,800 for
construction, $8,600 for site improvements). The
aforementioned items are described by reference, but each
such reference shall be deemed to include the full
description of the item as set forth in the respective
sections of Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972. There shall
be allowed an additional period of two years beginning on
the effective date of this Act, for placing the
aforementioned projects under contract. If said projects
or any of them shall not have been placed under contract
within a period of two years beginning on the effective
date of this Act, then, as to any such project not so
placed under contract, it shall be deemed to have been
abandoned, and the other provisions of Section 10 of
Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972 shall be fully effective
as to such project.
[[SECTION 5]] SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED,
That Sections 5 (d) (5) (a) and 5(D)(7)(a) of Chapter 179 of
the Acts of 1972 be and they are hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
