SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 4-403(c) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume) be and it is hereby repealed and re—enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

Article — Natural Resources
4-403.

(c) The Attorney General shall prepare any deed
necessary to complete the exchange or sale of the area of
water or land. The Secretary shall execute the deed.
The proceeds of any sale shall be deposited with the
State Comptroller and placed to the credit of the State
[Game] FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AND Protection Fund.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.
