(i) The Secretary shall have the right and
authority to transfer, by regulation or written
directive, functions, staff and funds from the Department
of Health, STATE DEPARTMENT OF JUVENILE SERVICES, or the
Department of Mental Hygiene to the office, of the
Secretary OR TO OTHER OFFICES WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT AS
THE SECRETARY DETERMINES. Such staff as may be
transferred to the office of the Secretary will be
provided space, equipment and services by the respective
departments, unless moved by order of the Secretary to
another location as may be deemed necessary for the
proper and efficient functioning of the office of
Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1979.
