WHEN A PERSON OTHER THAN THE LEASEE OF A VAULT,
SAFE, OR SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX OPENS THAT VAULT, SAFE, OR
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX IN ANY BANKING INSTITUTION IN THE
STATE TO SEARCH FOR THE LEASEE'S LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE INSTITUTION SHALL BE PRESENT IF A
PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LEASEE'S ESTATE HAS NOT
BEEN APPOINTED. [[IF A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE
LEASEE'S ESTATE HAS BEEN APPOINTED, A REPRESENTATIVE OF
THE INSTITUTION SHALL BE PRESENT THE FIRST TIME THE
PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OPENS THE LEASEE'S VAULT, SAFE,
OR SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX.]]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

AN ACT concerning
Secretary of Health and Rental Hygiene — Transfer
of Functions
FOR the purpose of allowing the Secretary of Health and
Rental Hygiene to transfer functions, staff or funds
from the state Department of Juvenile Services, as
well as the Department of Health or the Department
of Rental Hygiene, to the office of the Secretary or
to any other office within the Department of Health
and Rental Hygiene.
BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments.

1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
