[(f) In Anne Arundel County, four members of the party State central
committees for the county shall be elected from each of the three senatorial and
delegate subdistricts into which the county is divided by the provisions of §§ 46C
and 47C of Article 40 of this Code, as amended from time to time.]

(F) IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, THE MEMBERS OF THE PARTY
STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEES FOR THE COUNTY SHALL BE
ELECTED AS FOLLOWS: TWO FROM LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 30,
THREE FROM LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 31, THREE FROM
LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT 32, AND THREE FROM LEGISLATIVE
DISTRICT 33.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

CHAPTER 280
(Senate Bill 1147)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 7-5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Garrett County (1971 Edition, being Article 12 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Garrett County," subtitle
"County Commissioners," as added, last amended by Chapter 12 of the Acts of
1971, to raise the salary of the members of the Board of County Commissioners
of Garrett County, beginning December 1, 1974.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Garrett
County (1971 Edition, being Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Garrett County," subtitle "County Commissioners," as added,
last amended by Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1971, be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

7-5.

Each member of the Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County shall
receive as salary a total sum of [forty-two hundred dollars ($4200.00)] [[FIVE]]
SIX. THOUSAND DOLLARS [[($5,000.00)]] ($6,000.00) ANNUALLY,
EXCEPT FOR THE CHAIRMAN, WHO SHALL RECEIVE [[FIFTY-FIVE]]
SIXTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS [[($5,500.00)]] ($6,500.00) annually.
Each commissioner shall also receive, exclusive of salary, an annual expense
allowance of not less than twelve hundred dollars ($1200.00), provided that he
submit an itemized account substantiating the amount of his expenses. These sums
shall be paid in monthly installments.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the increased salary
herein provided shall be effective from and after the date of December 1, 1974, and
shall be paid for the period from and after that date.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.
