alcoholic beverage license holders to sell alcoholic beverages between 12 o'clock
midnight and 2 o'clock a.m. on Sundays. In Worcester County the prohibition of
this section shall not be applicable to Class B beer, wine and liquor licenses
regulated by the provisions of Section 106 of this article. Where the provisions of
this section are in conflict with Sections 89 and 99 of this article for Harford
County Sections 89 and 99 shall govern. For Somerset County the provisions of
this section shall be subordinate to Section 104A of this subtitle.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2-108(e) of Article 93
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1972
Supplement), title "Decedents' Estates," subtitle "II. The Court," subheading
"Part 1. The Probate Court," changing the salary of the judges of the Probate
Court in Calvert County.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-108(e) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1972 Supplement), title "Decedents'
Estates," subtitle "II. The Court," subheading "Part 1. The Probate Court," be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(e) Each of the judges of the court for Calvert County shall receive as annual
compensation the sum of [six hundred dollars ($600)] ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($1,000).
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1973.

of St. Mary's County.
